Students will understand what happens to the body when we start to exercise and the effects of long-term physical activity and training on the body. Students will also analyse the impact of lifestyle choices such as alcohol consumption and smoking on an individual’s health, fitness and well-being and provide recommendations on how to improve their lifestyle.
